Akito Scissors are launching a campaign to help raise £56,000 towards revolutionary Epidural Stimulation treatment for Mitch Chalmers.
Mitch was left paralysed from the waist down following a motocross accident in 2014 at the age of 22.
Through sheer determination Mitch has since re-trained and pursued his dream of becoming a hairdresser and with the aid of a stand up wheelchair Mitch now works full time as a stylist at James Christopher Hairdressing in Midsomer Norton.
To date, Epidural Stimulation is the most advance treatment for Spinal Cord Injuries available.
