Every year, Salon Services fundraise for their corporate charity, The Little Princess Trust, who provide real hair wigs to children and young people with hair loss, as well as funding vital research into childhood cancer. Over the last six years, the company has raised over £450,000 for the charity.
This year, they are doing things a little differently, with Joanne Etherson (Advertising, Events and Social Marketing Manager), Richard Surridge (Ecommerce Director), and Wendy Morris (Charity Founder) all getting one of the charity emblems tattooed if they reach their £2,000 target.
Joanne said: “If we raise £5,000, Richard will also have the words ‘The Little Princess Trust’ added – the full logo! Neither of us have any tattoos so this brave decision to wear the charity logo for life is to show our dedication to charity and the amazing work they do.”
The tattoo date will be in August and will be live streamed on both the charity and Sally Beauty social media pages.
