Sally Salon Services is pleased to be holding an event in their Oswald Street store in Glasgow today, Thursday 7th February — offering free haircuts to the city’s homeless community from 10am to 3pm.
The UK and Ireland’s leading professional hair and beauty supplier is teaming up with Simon Shaw, Global Artistic Director at Wahl Professional UK, in an effort to support and give back to the local community. As well as haircuts, Sally Salon Services staff will also be offering blow-dries, washes, trims and shaves.

We’ve worked with a number of designated charities over the years to help raise funds for people who have fallen on hard times, and are proud to be able to continue this work proactively in our Oswald Street store on Thursday. It’s a small gesture, but even a simple haircut has the power to boost self-esteem and confidence, and we hope it puts a smile on the faces of those who are able to come along.”
