“I first came across Vagaro at BarberCon, Dallas,” Lici told us. “I was introduced to John Mosley, and at that time, I had just come back from London, because I moved overseas, I opened a small location, and I was still in the works of trying to find a management system to help support the business. It allows me to think ahead – who is our star barber, and who isn’t? Why is that the case? Are we taking too much time per appointment? Do we need more training?”
