Seamless booking from Google to Booksy businesses is now available, generating more business for Booksy’s health, hair and beauty professionals in the UK and Republic of Ireland.
Booksy is proud to announce the launch of a new booking option in partnership with Google one of the world’s leading technology companies. After a successful rollout in the United States, this new solution integrating Booksy bookings with Reserve with Google will now be available in the United Kingdom and Ireland.
Reserve with Google is an innovative feature that allows users to book directly through Google’s search engine, improving the ease of making appointments for both clients and for merchants, and, increasing client conversions from those just browsing into actual bookings. Partnerships such as this are a core part of Booksy’s work to support our merchants’ businesses and improve their and their clients’ experiences.
Research shows that the most frequent use of Google search by our merchants’ clients is to check opening times and addresses. Now when they search ‘barbers near me’ or ‘nails near me’ they can also directly book themselves in and pay without needing to go to another website – and all this happens without extra work for the service provider. All bookings made through Reserve with Google arrive at the merchants’ Booksy account just like regular appointments made through the Booksy application.
This new partnership follows a number of feature updates including Deposits and Prepayments and Instagram booking which are all designed to further transform the experience and work/life balance of Booksy users.
