BaBylissPRO EMEA celebrate year of growth and innovation

BaBylissPRO celebrated another year of growth and innovation in 2024, with new product launches, events, and exciting collaborations.

This milestone marks a year where different markets have come together to shape the brand’s vision, driving the development of next-gen products, designed to meet the ever evolving needs of hair pros.

While reflecting on a year of success, BaBylissPRO is also looking ahead to 2025. With a renewed focus on empowering stylists with technology that continues to push boundaries, and strengthening a unified voice across the EMEA region with a new message: this is us.

INNOVATIVE PRODUCT LAUNCHES

With an overall goal to improve craftsmanship and enhance performance, BaBylissPRO is proud to be manufacturing some of their newest products in Italy, reflecting on the brand’s commitment to delivering products of absolute unmatched quality.

Kicking off a year of innovative new product launches was FALCO, a completely reimagined hairdryer from BaBylissPRO, and now a core part of kit for some of the world’s greatest session stylists and salon hairdressers. Falco is the brand’s most advanced dryer yet, with a dedication to reducing noise and enhancing the stylist experience.

BaBylissPRO is committing its dedication to the world of hair styling with the launch of STILISTA, a new advanced styler. With strong titanium plates and ionic technology, Stilista brings everything an in-demand professional needs from their styling tools: quick power, reliable performance and long lasting results.

Driving innovation in the world of professional barbering with the launch of FXONE, a new one-battery power system from BaBylissPRO which uses interchangeable battery technology across different tools, giving the user potentially unlimited cordless runtime for complete and total freedom.

A UNIFIED TEAM

BaBylissPRO is proud to be represented by a strong community of brand ambassadors across the EMEA region, among which are some of the industry’s most exciting and celebrated session stylists, salon hairdressers, barbers, image makers and content creators.

Individually, these ambassadors are influential figures in their respective fields and countries, but together they share one unified voice which embodies the brand’s goal to inspire creativity in stylists across the world to their collective audience of over 1.5million people. By working together, the BaBylissPRO team help to shape the future of the brand – united by their choice of tools, their dedication to excellence, and their passion for hair.

EVENTS AND ACTIVATIONS

BaBylissPRO is actively committed to engaging with the hairdressing community, and in 2024 participated in many high profile events across the EMEA region.

Bringing a lineup of international brand ambassadors to Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna, BaBylissPRO featured artists from the Netherlands, France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Belgium, the United States and the United Kingdom, together on a central global stage to celebrate and showcase the brand’s newest innovations.

In the UK, BaBylissPRO showcased its state of the art styling and barbering tools with session stylists Syd Hayes and Michelle Sultan shining on an international stage.

At Top Hair, Germany’s biggest hair show, guests were invited to take part in the BaBylissPRO Academy Lab, a series of look and learn workshops with the team of brand ambassadors. In France, BaBylissPRO took centre stage at Hair Congress in Paris, with global hair artist Richard Ashforth headlining the Community Hair Show, demonstrating his award winning and captivating session work. BaBylissPRO shone at events in the barbering world too, with highlights including hosting on-stage barber battles in Belgium at The Hair Project, and live education and demonstrations at Barber Connect in the UK.

LOOKING TO 2025

This year, BaBylissPRO will announce one of its most exciting product launches to date. This development, which has been years in the making, will combine the newest technology with the expertise of some of the best hairdressers in the industry – with innovation, sustainability and craftsmanship at its heart.

The theme of collaboration will remain a driving force, as BaBylissPRO’s global team of ambassadors join forces to champion the message that BaBylissPRO is a brand for everyone.

Head of PR for BaBylissPRO EMEA, Sam Johnson said: “In 2025, BaBylissPRO is defining progress not just by the cutting edge technology in our tools, but by the strength of the communities we build. For us, innovation is a journey we make together, fuelled by collaboration, inspiration, and a dedication to excellence.”

In The Chair With: Tomoya Nishimori

Tomoya Nishimori, the visionary founder of Mr Brother’s Cut Club, has become a celebrated figure in the global barbering community. With his distinct approach to barbering, he has not only built a brand that embodies the spirit of craftsmanship and creativity but also plays a pivotal role as an ambassador and educator for BROSH, Asia’s No.1 men’s grooming brand from Japan.

Barbering wasn’t always on the cards for Tomoya, but once he set his sights on the industry, he mastered it on a global scale. Following a chance meeting with two influential barbers in Japan, he switched from hairdressing to barbering and became the powerhouse we all know today.

“I was originally a hair stylist in Japan, but around 12 years ago I made the change to barbering, as I wasn’t happy in the job,” Tomoya explained.

“I wanted to work somewhere where I feel I could express myself within styles, and not just focus on a general cut. Around this time, Donnie Hawley, owner of Hawleywood’s Barbershop in California, came to Japan to meet Kawakami from Apache Barbershop, and I had the opportunity to meet them both.

It was because of this encounter that I felt inspired to change career paths to go into male grooming. It is something I had been wanting to do for a while, and this was my sign to take the plunge to open my own shop – and Mr Brother’s Cut Club was born!”

THE BIRTH OF A LEGEND

After its inception, Mr Brother’s Cut Club became a phenomenon. Mixing traditional Japanese styling techniques with retro American barbershop designs cemented their spot as a unique yet elevated grooming location in Tokyo.

Following this success, it’s hard to pin Tomoya down in one place – whether he’s working in the barbershop or educating across the globe with BROSH.

“My day-to-day is constantly busy,” Tomoya chuckled. “I do education almost every week, which means I am always on the road – whether that’s in Japan or across the globe.”

“There is hunger from people not just in Japan, but all over the world to expand their skill set in barbering and styling – beyond the fade,” he added.

“It’s great to spread the message of BROSH as a premium, Japanese grooming brand. People are very receptive and interested in the BROSH brand, our products, and how versatile they are. I love showing people all that you can achieve and create with these products.”

A PHOTOSHOOT WITH PURPOSE

As the cover star for this issue, Tomoya and BROSH wanted to create a photoshoot that would showcase the duality of Japan’s cultural landscape, and in turn, the duality of BROSH as a traditional barbering brand with urban roots.

When you think of Tokyo, your mind will go from ultramodern, neon skyscrapers to historic temples and cherry blossoms.

“We highlighted two different locations within this shoot as a way to represent Japan to the world in a meaningful way, as well as to represent myself and my lifestyle,” Tomoya explained.

“The neon signs and vibrant nightlife of Kabukicho showcase my lifestyle because I enjoy the moments I’m not working where I can find energy and inspiration to carry on.

We also chose to shoot some of the images in Asakusa – with its traditional craft shops and location near the Sensō-ji temple – which represents Japan and what my country looks like to the outside world.”

THE ROLE OF BROSH PRODUCTS

When planning the shoot, Tomoya also wanted to ensure it showcased the versatility of the BROSH products.

“I wanted to show readers that no matter what style, length, or hair type, there is always a BROSH product that will help you achieve your goals,” Tomoya enthused.

We asked Tomoya what some of his hero products were when styling for this collection.

“For the photoshoot, I always start off using the BROSH Styling Base Spray, and this is very essential to me to ensure the hair is prepped,” he explained.

“In conjunction with the spray, I also used the BROSH Feather Weight Fiber Pomade to add texture, while holding the hair in place when adding the final touches.”

PRIDE IN CRAFTSMANSHIP

There were multiple points of inspiration and motivation for Tomoya during this process, but pride was a central feeling.

“Not only do I want to highlight BROSH and my own barbering skills, but I want to show the world how skilled Japanese barbers actually are,” he told us.

“I am very proud that Japan is known for producing highly skilled barbers and high-quality products, so I want to ensure that this opportunity reflects that too.”

Captain Fawcett founder Richard Finney receives MBE

Richard Finney, founder of Captain Fawcett Ltd, has been honoured with the prestigious Member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (MBE) in the 2025 New Year Honours List in recognition of his outstanding contribution to International Trade and to Charity.

This honour highlights Richard’s leadership in expanding British enterprise globally along with his dedication to charitable causes. These include men’s mental health, homelessness, and children’s welfare.

A key initiative is the annual BarbersRide charity motorcycle ride, co-founded with Xavier Berrell and Colin Petrie, and now entering its ninth consecutive year, which has to date raised over £180,000, for children’s charities such as Alder Hey and Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospitals as well as ‘Make-A-Wish’.

In his acceptance of the MBE, Richie is quick to emphasise that this esteemed recognition is not his alone, but rather a reflection of collective dedication and team work.

“In the guise of Captain Fawcett, I am but truly honoured to have been awarded ‘Member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire’ — Huzzah! However, this highly esteemed accolade should and will be shared, for I am but the conductor of a hugely professional and incredibly creative orchestra of talent that has in turn contributed so much to Captain Fawcett’s ongoing success. Together, we are building something both disruptive and extraordinary to boot.”

Founded in 2010 at a kitchen table in Terrington St Clement, Norfolk, Captain Fawcett has grown to become a beacon of British quality and craftsmanship in Gentleman’s Grooming and Hair Care, exporting to 48 countries and earning a reputation for its award-winning products and distinctive character.

Beyond business, Richie has driven Captain Fawcett’s commitment to social responsibility, with initiatives like ‘BarbersRide’ becoming a flagship of the brand’s mission.

This award serves as a reminder of the importance of creating a community, celebrating the combined efforts of the entire team, suppliers, distributors, partners, and stakeholders around the globe, who have all played essential roles in Captain Fawcett’s remarkable story.

“Life isn’t a straight track. It’s full of pot holes, detours, steep climbs and alarming descents,” reflected Richie. “As such, it’s important that you surround yourself with a motivated team who both subscribe and add to the brand ethos and believe in it as fiercely as you. Getting this formula right, will result in the remarkable. For in truth, one’s journey is defined by fellow travellers who are willing to take the road with you. Teams grow, people come and go, however, every individual adds to the creative whole. This honour isn’t mine alone; it belongs to my stalwart companions who share the weight and lift one another when we stumble. Step by step, we press on together.”

As Richie accepts this prestigious honour, he hopes that his story will serve as an inspiration to others, as indeed others have inspired him, proof that with a commitment to hard work, a dash of good fortune, a certain amount of resilience, and having the right people in your corner, your dreams can become reality.

Richard Finney MBE looks forward to continuing the company’s growth. “Captain Fawcett has always been about forging lasting relationships. It is people who cement the sturdiest of foundations, the cornerstone of Captain Fawcett’s success is in supporting communities, and expanding the horizons of UK trade,” he said. “I look forward to the challenge. Here’s to 2025!”

Rising Star: Montel Campbell

In each edition, we choose a rising star – someone who is taking ownership of their path and building a booming career in the barbering world. With previous rising stars coming from all across the UK, this time it’s a little closer to EVO’s home. Made in Glasgow, but making waves across the UK… let us introduce Montel Campbell.

“Honestly, I just want to be a powerhouse of a person in every way possible… and barbering is the vessel for me to get there,” Montel Campbell told us from his East Kilbride, Glasgow barbershop, 1147.

“But my barbering journey has really been propelled by the people around me – and they’re who I keep going for.”

At only 25, Montel Campbell has built his booming career upon hard graft, continual education, and a humility toward those who raised him – both at home and in the barbershop (which, in Montel’s world, often overlap).

Montel’s journey hasn’t been an easy one, but it is one that proves him a beacon of resilience. So, let’s go back a few chapters to learn about the beginnings of our barber on the rise to stardom…

A HUMBLE START

“I remember it was a really difficult time. My mum, my sister, and I had been living in a refuge after certain circumstances meant we had to move homes. We were still trying to get settled when I met Tony for the first time.

I remember going to get my haircut with him, and thinking he was just so cool. We had the same V-cut mullet, with bleach at the back – so it just felt serendipitous to me.”

“He was my barber until he gave me a job, and he became my boss. I always wanted to work with him – and I’m extremely fortunate that I did for 10 years.

But what I’ve realised only recently was that it wasn’t just about liking cutting hair: it was Tony and the environment he had created.”

BUILDING A CAREER

Since Tony helped Montel start out in the business, his career has boomed – and he has recently gone into business with “one of the best barbers in the game,” Adam Berry, to open their shop 1127. Still based in East Kilbride, the pair aren’t far from Tony.

Montel has also built up a reputation for his forward-thinking cuts and styling.

“I always find inspiration on social media. I mean, Tony would always be blasting out mad trims that East Kilbride hadn’t seen yet – but through Instagram, I’ve been able to check out people’s styles from across the world and make friends with a lot of them.

Although, I have to say, what South American barbers are putting out there right now is insane. It’s mad colours, with super clean fades and designs – just all-out madness.”

THE POWER OF EDUCATION

Not only is Montel an advocate for pushing the limits of hair – he is also a firm believer in the power of education.

The barber recently joined the OP Barberschool as part of the education team after completing the Year One course and credits the OP D.F.S Formula for changing his career.

“Honestly, Josh OP is now one of my industry icons. What he’s done with his online academy is insane. He’s made it accessible for so many people, which is rare. I always tell people that I got my course on sale – and I don’t know where I’d be without it.”

“I am lucky to say that I get to work closely with the UK team, which consists of Tony Forrest and Marie Rainsford, who have both provided me with the support I need in the process of becoming an educator.

Shout out to those two because they’ve really supported me on this journey as an educator – always being patient and understanding.”

SUPPORT SYSTEM

Throughout our interview, Montel consistently referred to those who have supported him so far on his journey… “Tony Cairney, Adam Berry – they’ve been integral to my success so far.”

But Montel’s greatest support? His mum. “I grew up watching my mum work three jobs just to make ends meet. She didn’t ever let my sister nor I go without anything growing up. My gran, too – she would even chip in with my mum whenever I needed tools. It’s why I do what I do. It’s for my mum and my gran always.”

THE SECRET TO SUCCESS

Perhaps this humility and resilience is why Montel’s rise has been so swift. But as our conversation came to a close, we asked Montel: What’s the secret to success in this industry?

“You might face some difficult challenges in your life, but things happen to people – not because they deserve it – but because the world knows they can handle it.

Work hard, become great at what you do, and invest in yourself. Network with anyone you can – every single interaction you have, whether it be professionally or at the gym, is creating a network.

But the most important things? Be kind. Be yourself. Be positive… and put smiles on people’s faces whenever you can. The sky is the limit, and you set the height of your own possibilities.”

The staff loved having the convenience and novelty of getting a cut and finish without even leaving the premises,” Maria Stafford, Partnership Development Manager.

Jay and the team were delighted to support this amazing charity founded by Stewart Roberts, as they are no strangers to helping the local community. Jay Millar already works tirelessly to promote mental health awareness and donates his time and services to those struggling with homelessness.

Barber of The Edition: Marie Rainsford’s Journey in Barbering

Marie Rainsford has become a trailblazing figure in the barbering world, rising quickly through the ranks with a dedication to her craft and a passion for education. From her early beginnings cutting men’s hair at home to becoming a lead educator at The OP45 Barberschool, Marie’s mission is clear: to shape the future of barbering by empowering others – and never stay stagnant.

Marie Rainsford is the name on everyone’s lips in the barbering world, and for good reason. With a career that has exploded over the past six years, this Irish-born barber has carved out a niche in a traditionally male-dominated industry. But what makes Marie more than just a skilled barber is her profound passion for education. A passion so deep, in fact, that it has transformed her career, from solely being behind the chair to a leading educator on the international stage. And her mission? To empower the next generation of barbers with the tools and mindset needed to succeed.

Curiosity and Courage

Whilst Marie’s journey into the hair world began in salons, where she worked as a stylist for 10 years – she was seemingly always cutting men’s hair… but in a rather unexpected place.

“I was always cutting men’s hair in my mum’s home growing up,” she recalled. “I probably shouldn’t have been doing it at that age, but it just felt right. That was my introduction to barbering.”

Whilst her early start in the craft of barbering wasn’t enough to sway her from starting off in salons, her passion for male grooming always remained – simmering beneath the surface, and waiting for the right moment to emerge. That moment came when she took a chance on a barbering job in Australia.

“It was a new barbershop opening up, and I thought, ‘Why not give it a go?’ I was already cutting men’s hair on my days off, so I thought, let’s see where this takes me!”

Since, she has never looked back. What began as a trial run turned into a full-fledged career in barbering, one that quickly took off when she made the decision to immerse herself fully in the craft, and move back to Limerick, Ireland.

Whilst it may seem that Marie’s rise in the industry has been rapid – with just six years of professional barbering to her name – Marie doesn’t attribute it to luck.

“I’ve been in the industry for 16 years now,” she emphasized. “It’s not just barbering; it’s years of hairdressing too. And really, it’s about never wanting to be stagnant. Honestly, stagnancy is my biggest fear. I constantly strive to get better, and that’s what drives me.”

Drive with a Purpose

For Marie, barbering isn’t just about cutting hair. It’s about nurturing growth in others.

“I really think my purpose in life is to be an educator. I love helping people become better versions of themselves, and showing them a simpler way of cutting hair that can genuinely change their whole career. Education, for me, is really about showing that there is a better way to understand and perform your craft,” she told me.

Marie’s role as lead educator for The OP45 Barberschool, where she champions the D.F.S cutting formula, is a testament to this. The D.F.S formula, according to Marie, is a game changer in the industry – and she noted, it was certainly a game-changer for her.

She said: “It’s an extremely simple formula for cutting hair, but we also work a lot on psychology and mindset. This industry is very much holistic, and I feel it’s time that we really recognise this. You need to know who you are and how you like to work, in order to make the formula work for you. The DSS formula is going to change the barbering industry, honestly. For me, it aligned me with the right people and gave me a deeper understanding of the craft.”

It’s clear that education is at the core of everything Marie does. Whether she’s on stage, in a classroom, or behind the chair, she’s sharing her knowledge and helping to elevate others. Her tours to colleges across the UK are part of this mission, and she’s dedicated to ensuring students are fully prepared for the real-world demands of a barbering career.

“Being in college, it often doesn’t prepare students for the real-life work in the barbershop. They’re there for two years, and then sent out into a strenuous career. I want students to leave our schools ready to be on the shop floor, gaining confidence and making a living – and that comes with a lot more than just practice cutting,” she said. “When you look at any other career path, there are often four-year courses, with follow-ups of internships and many more learning opportunities. Barbering should be taken as seriously as any other craft, and it’s up to us to make sure students are equipped for success. It’s about getting them to capitalise and nourish their potential.”

The Heart of Service

Marie’s commitment to education doesn’t stop at her students – it extends to her clients in the chair, too. For her, barbering is more than just delivering a good cut; it’s about delivering an exceptional service.

“Service is massive,” she said. “I charge a higher price point, but I can do that because I put in the effort to make my clients feel 100%. Every client gets a full consultation, product recommendations, scalp analysis, and a thorough styling lesson. A lot of barbers focus on doing a great fade, but it’s so important to look after the person in the chair. It’s about the entire service – including the aftercare. I mean, we’re a service industry, after all.”

Marie’s attention to detail and commitment to customer care is one of the many things that make her stand out in the crowded barbering industry. She offers a genderless pricing structure, making her services accessible and inclusive for everyone.

“Whether you have short hair, long hair, or something in between, I’ll take care of it. This approach has really worked for me! Chiefly, because it’s really opened up my clientele. I get a lot of older women coming to me for cool pixie cuts, not your typical ‘old lady’ style,” she explained. “I think it’s important to meet people where they are and give them what they want, not what society expects.”

Inspiring the Future Generation

As a female in an industry still dominated by men, Marie is breaking boundaries. But she was quick to downplay the gender divide.

“I think, whilst the industry is changing – it’s still important for barbers to realise, that gender isn’t relevant. I’m great at barbering! That’s that. I don’t see myself as a ‘female barber,’ I’m just a barber. I don’t put myself in any box. But, I still hope I can inspire other women to get into the industry because it’s such a great career with so many avenues to explore,” she said.

Before our conversation came to a close, and just as her next client was set to arrive, I asked Marie one last question. What’s your greatest piece of advice for aspiring barbers? In short, she told me: Stay open, stay curious, and never stop learning – adding: “You’re not going to be good at everything, and that’s okay. Focus on what you’re good at and get great at that.”

In a world where barbering is constantly evolving, Marie Rainsford is at the forefront, shaping the future of the craft with her scissors, her heart, and her desire to uplift others. With her unwavering dedication to growth and learning, it’s clear that this is just the beginning for Marie. The barbering world better keep watching – because Marie Rainsford is only just getting started.

Revolutionising The Hair Industry with Fresha

Sotomi and the vision of Chop Chop London

In a rapidly evolving world where industries are challenged to be more inclusive, efficient, and sustainable, Kaye Sotomi, the Founder and CEO of Chop Chop London, is transforming the hair industry with his innovative vision.

The guiding principle behind Chop Chop is bold yet simple: “No gender, no texture, just hair.”

This core belief breaks the conventional mould of hair salons and barbershops, offering a fresh approach that transcends traditional norms.

Kaye Sotomi’s Chop Chop London is more than just a chain of salons; it’s a movement that seeks to reshape the way the hair industry operates, making it more accessible, streamlined, and aligned with modern values. With four Chop Chop locations, Kaye’s vision has found a solid foothold in London.

No gender, No texture. Just hair

At the heart of Chop Chop London is the belief that hair care should not be limited by outdated gendered or textured definitions. Sotomi’s mission is to create an environment where everyone, regardless of gender or hair type, feels welcome. The concept of “no gender, no texture, just hair” recognises that personal expression through hair should not be confined by societal expectations.

Kaye believes that this simple, yet profound approach has the potential to shake up an industry that has often divided its services along rigid lines. Most traditional salons and barbershops categorise their offerings based on gender or ethnicity, creating barriers that exclude or alienate certain customers. Chop Chop’s inclusive ethos removes these barriers and puts the focus where it should be: on delivering exceptional hair care that suits the individual, regardless of who they are.

A vision for a more efficient and sustainable industry

But Kaye’s vision goes beyond inclusivity. He’s also determined to make the hair industry more efficient and sustainable. To him, it’s not just about what Chop Chop does for its customers, but how the brand can positively influence the entire industry.

For Kaye, creating a more efficient industry means leveraging modern technology to streamline operations, enhance customer experiences, and reduce waste.

Efficiency is key in today’s fast-paced world. Kaye wants to offer their clients convenience and quality without compromising on inclusivity or sustainability. Their goal is to push the industry forward, to make it more efficient, more inclusive, and more sustainable.

This ambition is reflected in every aspect of Chop Chop’s operations, from how appointments are booked to how products are sourced and used.

The role of technology in streamlining haircare: partnering with Fresha

A significant aspect of Kaye’s push for efficiency is the salon’s partnership with Fresha, a leading software platform that supports appointment bookings, customer management, and business analytics for the beauty and wellness industries. The switch to Fresha has been transformative for Chop Chop London, allowing Kaye to run his business with precision and ease.

“The partnership with Fresha was seamless,” Kaye said. “It’s not just about a booking system, it’s about running an efficient business. Fresha understood exactly what I needed for Chop Chop, and the level of detail it provides in terms of analytics has been invaluable.”

Kaye highlights how Fresha’s platform has been key to understanding client behaviour, optimising services and keeping track of the business’s performance. Having access to real-time data means Kaye has all the details he needs to make informed decisions, whether it’s about staffing, inventory, or client trends.

Through this integration of technology, Chop Chop London has been able to modernise its operations, providing a better experience for clients while also increasing efficiency behind the scenes. The platform’s intuitive design and robust analytics mean that Kaye can focus on what matters most: providing an exceptional, inclusive haircare experience while growing his business.

Creating an inclusive and empowered hair care community

Kaye’s journey with Chop Chop London is not just about building a successful salon chain, it’s about building a community. He believes that the hair industry has the power to bring people together and that salons should be places where everyone feels welcomed and valued. His goal is to cultivate an atmosphere where diversity is celebrated, and every customer walks away feeling seen and heard.

Kaye’s approach to inclusivity also extends to the stylists he employs. By fostering a team of diverse professionals, Chop Chop London ensures that there is someone for every client, regardless of their hair type or personal style.

Looking ahead: The future of Chop Chop London

With four Chop Chop locations already established in London, the future looks bright for Kaye and his team. The success of Chop Chop’s inclusive, efficient, and sustainable model is a testament to the power of reimagining what the hair industry can be.

Kaye has proven that it is possible to run a business that is both profitable and purpose-driven, one that meets the needs of modern customers while also pushing the boundaries of the industry.

As we look to the future, Kaye’s commitment to making the hair industry better for everyone—clients, stylists, and salon owners alike—is unwavering, and his drive to lead with inclusivity, sustainability, and technology ensures that Chop Chop will continue to be at the forefront of the industry’s evolution.

In an industry that often feels slow to change, Kaye’s Chop Chop London is a breath of fresh air. With its commitment to inclusivity, efficiency, and sustainability, it’s not just setting the standard for what hair care should look like—it’s leading the charge into a better future for the entire industry.
